Producer – Howard Kolins
For the past two decades Mr. Kolins has produced special events, corporate meetings, and galas. Past projects include clients with recognizable names including Google, Microsoft, Discovery Communications, and the inaugural Clinton Global Initiative.
He has also worked on many high-profile events including “The Sound of Music Live” with Carrie Underwood, two Super Bowl Half Time Shows, four Republican National Conventions, the Grammy Awards, three MTV Video Music Awards and eleven seasons as Production Supervisor on the Tony Awards.
For over a decade he was the Executive Producer for “The Radio City Christmas Spectacular” in New York City as well as 17 locations across North America. (Yes, he married a Rockette!). Prior to becoming a producer, he stage-managed off Broadway, on Broadway, and at Radio City Music Hall. He is a long-time resident of Brooklyn and is President of the Boerum Hill
Association.
In addition to working on corporate projects, he currently holds the position of Interim Executive Director for the Atlantic Avenue Local Development Association. This organization produces one of the largest street festivals in New York City.
